Digital products only
EFLAME Detective sells digital products only: printable PDF detective games (case files and related content). No physical item is ever shipped. There are no shipping fees, no customs duties and nothing is sent to a postal address. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand you are buying a digital product.
How delivery works
Your files are sent by email immediately after your payment is confirmed, to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. The email contains your download link(s). You then download the files, print them at home and play.
Did not receive your files?
- Check your spam, junk or "Promotions" folder.
- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
- Still nothing? Email us at contact@eflame.co with your order number and we will resend your files. We aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days.
