1. Overview
This website is operated by HD BRANDS LLC, doing business as EFLAME ("EFLAME", "we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. Our products are digital
We sell digital products only: digital detective games for couples (printable PDF case files and related content). No physical item is ever shipped. Each product page states what is included and that the product is digital and delivered by email. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the product description and understand that you are buying a digital product that you will download and print at home.
3. Immediate delivery
Products are delivered electronically by email immediately after purchase, to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within minutes. The email contains your download link(s). Delivery is complete once this email has been sent to the address you provided; you are responsible for entering a correct email address. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive your files, contact us at the email below and we will resend them. By completing your purchase, you request immediate delivery of the digital content.
4. Upgrades and add-ons after checkout
After checkout, we may offer optional upgrades (for example, additional cases). An upgrade is only added and charged if you actively click to accept it. It is charged to the same payment method used for your order, may appear as a separate charge on your statement, and is delivered by email in the same way. Upgrades are subject to these Terms and to our Refund Policy.
5. License and permitted use
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print and play it for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, publish, copy or modify the files, in whole or in part, or use them for commercial purposes, without our written permission.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes where indicated. We may change prices or offers at any time; the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. The charge appears on your bank or PayPal statement under the name EFLAME DETECTIVE. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank.
7. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
8. Refunds
Refunds can be requested within 60 days of your order date under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Once your files have been downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
9. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have any problem with your order, please contact us at contact@eflame.co before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer or PayPal. We aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days and resolve most issues within a day. If a dispute is opened for an order that was delivered and downloaded, we will contest it and provide the payment provider with our records, including order details, delivery confirmation, download history (dates, times and IP addresses) and any correspondence with you. Where a chargeback is filed on a delivered order, your license to use the product ends and we may disable your download access and decline future orders.
10. Records
We keep records of each transaction, of the delivery email sent and of each download of your files (including date, time and IP address), as well as our correspondence with you. We use these records to provide our service, prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including text, designs, stories, puzzles, images, logos and branding, belongs to HD BRANDS LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use it without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Our products are provided for entertainment purposes "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties other than those required by law, and we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HD BRANDS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed from the date shown above.
