Orders and personalization

Our necklaces are personalized and made to order. You are responsible for checking the letters, hearts, birthstones, zodiac signs and finish you select before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, including the rules that apply to personalized items.

Product information

We try to display colors and images as accurately as possible, but your screen may show slight differences. Previews of the personalized necklace on this website are illustrations to help you choose.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logo and designs, belongs to HD BRANDS LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
